Following her wig giveaway in 2021, Bailey was inspired to found her own business when she was 9, called Hairloss Heroes USA, which helps other kids facing hair loss. Hairloss Heroes directs kids and parents alike to helpful resources and organizations while cultivating an uplifting community of 'heroes.' She has grown her community to over 1000 strong and even represented her mission on NBC Texas Today.

"I think she's going to have a fun first year of school. I thought she's be nervous, quite honestly, because when she got here she didn't know what she was going on, but just to see her reaction as soon as she got here she lit up... Craftsmanship is definately shown on the wig. It looks really real. It makes me happy as a father to see my young one go to school. I've seen how kids can be kind of cruel sometimes so this is going to amp her morale and her spirits."
